Ballz Shooter is a brick breaker game from Ketchapp for iOS and Android devices. This game is the follow-up to another popular game from the same company, called Ballz. This time around, you will take control of a cannon that will shoot the ball out in a trajectory. The numbered balls have been replaced by bricks. As with the original game, your ball has to bounce around and hit as many bricks as it can. As it hits more bricks, you rake in better scores. The added mechanic to the gameplay helps make the game a little bit more interactive. You will be shooting the pieces with a cannon. Having a cannon can help you clear bricks from different angles but it also makes the game more challenging. 1. Know Your Angles
As we mentioned before, having a cannon changes up the game’s mechanics. It can help you clear even those hard to reach bricks if you know what you are doing. Make sure you practice shooting the ball in such a way that it will bounce off the walls. The more the ball bounces around, the more points you can collect. Knowing where to aim is half the battle. Keep in mind that, unlike in the original game, balls do not go through the bricks but will instead bounce off the tile and fall down. Try to get it in between layers of bricks to get the most use out of each ball.
2. Use The Right Power Up
There are several power ups available in the game, and using the right one can help you clear the board with ease. The flame power up instantly clears any brick the flaming ball touches. Use this if you have a few high-numbered bricks that normal balls won’t be able to clear quickly. The ice power up freezes the board for 15 seconds. Use it to buy time to implement your strategy. Lastly, the multi ball power up sends out several balls to wreak havoc on the board. Use it while there are a lot of bricks with gaps in between so that the extra balls can bounce around a lot before falling down.
3. Watch An Ad To Continue
If your run ends sooner than you expected, you can still continue by watching an advertisement. You would need to be connected to the internet if you want to take advantage of this feature. Of course, if you prefer to just start over, that is also an option. In fact, it is only recommended that you use the continue option if you are close to getting a new high score. Otherwise there isn’t much point in wasting your time staring at an ad.
4. How To Unlock New Balls
The game has a shop where you can buy new balls to use while playing. You can get a couple of balls for free by following the game on Facebook and Instagram. Just click on the social media links from inside the game and you will be rewarded with the free balls regardless if you actually click on Follow. As for the rest of the balls, you will need to unlock them at 150 rings each.
