BitLife has been around for quite a while, and developer Candywriter has come up with yet another set of careers that will keep players busy. This exciting life simulation game has gained a lot of fans who enjoy living second lives through their characters. Each character’s entire life is lived through a series of text-based choices. The choices you make could have minimal impact on your character’s life, or it could seal their fate. Do you lie to your parents to get out of trouble? Do you go to college? Is a life of crime a good fit for you?

1. Don’t Bother With School
For both the Priest and Pop Star careers, education is not really necessary. You can go ahead and skip school and find something else to do. Feel free to finish high school if you want, but don’t bother going to university or grad school. All that will do is pile on student loans on your character. There are other preparations that you need to worry about, especially for the Pop Star career.
2. The Path To Priesthood
Aside from not needing school, the two new careers have very little in common. For one, becoming a Priest is probably one of the easiest things to achieve while becoming a Pop Star takes a ton of preparation. There are only two things you need to keep in mind when trying to become a Priest: be good and avoid sex. When faced with any choice, always what is morally correct. You should also avoid dating anyone and any other opportunity that may lead you to break your oath of celibacy. Other than those two, you just need to apply as a Deacon since that’s the entry level position for the Priest career. Keep working hard and you will eventually climb the ladder to Priesthood.

3. Pop Star Preparation
There are two things that you need to work on before you can even dream of becoming a Pop Star. The first one is looks. It would be better if you tried to become a Pop Star when you roll a character that has a high rating on looks from the beginning. Once you get one, make sure you go to the gym as soon as your character is old enough. Keep hitting the gym every year and keep your looks as high as possible. Avoid plastic surgery because it can get botched and you end up uglier for the rest of your life.
The second thing you need to work on is fame. You gain access to social media early in your life, so take advantage of it. Post as often as possible in order to get a lot of followers. You won’t get millions of followers right away, that’s why you need to start as early as possible. You should also get a starting job that already involves being in the public eye, like an actor or a porn star. These should help you get the fame you need to become a Pop Star.
4. Entry Level Pop Star Job
Now that you have the fame and the looks you need; you should start looking for ways to get into the Pop Star career path. The entry level job for this career is the backing vocalist. It won’t be available right away, so make sure you check the job listings every day. Once you get the job, just keep choosing to work hard and you will eventually be promoted to a Pop Star.
