Tempest: Pirate Action RPG Tips, Cheats & Guide: 5 Hints Every Player Should Know

Tempest: Pirate Action RPG is a new iOS and Android game from HeroCraft, which is an action RPG that takes place in a pirate-themed setting. It’s an open-world game where you can travel endlessly across the sea, take on more than a hundred quests, and play against, or alongside friends – the choice is yours! You can also rob galleons, sink warships, destroy forts, and, should you prefer the honest way, trade with your fellow pirates. Additionally, you’ve got sea monsters such as the Kraken and its friends, and a variety of weapons – you’re not restricted to old-school cannons, as you can also destroy your enemies with meteors, summon octopuses, or block enemy cannonballs with crystals.

Just so your expectations are set, this is a paid game – it’s going to set you back by the equivalent of $5 in local currency. But if you’ve paid for this game and gotten it installed on your iPhone or Android phone, you’ll definitely want to get started off on the right foot. Read on, and check out our list of Tempest: Pirate Action RPG tips and tricks – these are specifically written for the beginner, so follow them if you want to make good progress early on in the game!

1. It’s Not The End Of The World If Your Ship Gets Destroyed

This is an open-world game where you can sail from sea to sea and not be limited by the game in any way. And you’ll be told what to expect during the tutorial section of Tempest – make sure to follow it carefully and pay close attention! And while you will lose your ship during the tutorial stage, that’s actually nothing to worry about. Your ship IS supposed to be destroyed, and if it gets destroyed later on once the tutorial is done, you don’t need to fret either.

2. Make Sure To Outfit Your Ship Properly

Now you’ll also want to outfit your ship with the right weapons if you want to defeat more enemies and, of course, ensure that your ship doesn’t get destroyed too easily. Go to the crew building, which is where you can equip your ship with different items – always go for the best items you can afford, may it be new cannons, new ammo, or whatnot. There are also some options that could spiff up your ship and make it look flashier, but you want to save those aesthetic add-ons for when you can easily afford them. Remember, you want a better ship, not necessarily a better-looking one.

3. How To Hire The Right Crew Members

We won’t get too much into detail, as this is a beginner’s guide. It’s one thing to improve your ship, but making your ship better doesn’t end with the ship itself – you need to hire a good crew. Now your ship will allow you to hire a certain number of pirates, and place them in specific areas of the ship. You can assign pirates to the mast, which would improve its speed, assign them to the deck for added mobility, and assign them to the lower part, which makes your ship more powerful offensively. But you won’t be allowed an unlimited number of crew members – you would only be given a limit of so many pirates for starters. And while you can recruit more pirates as you continue playing, the game will only allow you to use a given number of them at a time. Also be sure to change your crew members and shuffle them around from time to time depending on your needs.

4. Let The Map Make Your Life Easier

When playing a game where you can explore so many cities and islands and sail multiple seas, it can get confusing to keep in mind all the places you’ve unlocked. And it can be time-consuming too. That’s why we recommend using the map to your advantage, as all you have to do is click on a certain place if you want to go there. However, you may also have to shift to open world travel, as you might need to do battle with ships or perform certain tasks for quest completion.

5. Complete More Quests

As we mentioned in the game overview, there are more than a hundred quests waiting for you in Tempest: Pirate Action RPG. You’ve got your story/campaign quests, which are for the single-player mode – yes, we know this is oftentimes the “boring” part when you’re playing an action RPG with some (or a lot of) multiplayer mechanics, but you should devote some time to story mode, as completing the quests within it could win you some useful rewards. Docking in some of the islands or cities will unlock side quests, and you should not treat them as optional, even if they are – more quests completed means more rewards, after all!

And this wraps up our guide for HeroCraft’s new mobile game, Tempest: Pirate Action RPG. If you know more tips or tricks for the game, feel free to share them with us below in the comment area!

When the secret island appears you can buy goods for free and sell them in other uslands for money. I personally did it. The more you buy and sell repeatedly the more cash u make. It only works before it rurns to a giant sea turtle
