The story of Akatsuki Land is about two siblings who have been living peacefully until a lizard man kidnaps Dariya, the younger sister. Players will then take on the older sibling’s role on a quest to rescue the abducted girl. The main character will have to travel to the different islands in order to find clues and eventually liberate his sister.

Players get to choose one of the four classes in the game. The classes include Fighter, Ranger, Dancer, and Spell-Blader. Each class can also equip two weapons and accessories that allow them to have complex battle strategies. The accessories also come with elements like Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind. Combining these elements can create new skills and effects that can turn the tide of battle.

In between battles, players can kick back and relax as they manage their own island. They can gather materials, catch fish, plant crops, craft new items, construct buildings, and maintain their own house. There are also various rare creatures in the wild that can be caught and tamed. These creatures can accompany the main character in his adventure.

The additional rewards for pre-registration milestones begin at 50,000 players, with new rewards unlocked at the 100,000, 150,000, 200,000, and 250,000 marks. Rewards for the 250,000 mark include 150,000 Stone Coins, 1 Reviving Stone, 6 Treasure Map Fragments, 1 Armed Creature Riding Pass (7 Days).

Akatsuki Land is set to be released in Japan. Players in the said territory may sign up early through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. As of this writing, no announcements have been made regarding a global release.
