My Hero Ultra Impact Tier List: A Complete Ranking of the Ultra Rare Characters

My Hero Ultra Impact has proven to be a huge hit following its global release, with its simple yet stylish gameplay mechanics appealing to fans of the franchise and strategy RPG enthusiasts alike. Not only does the game let you loosely relive the adventures of the protagonists of the popular manga and anime, it lets you do so with a team that can include or exclusively have villains in it.

The game boasts a plethora of features and game modes that makes the adventure all the more immersive and addictive. With all that the game has to offer, though, a huge chunk of its appeal can be attributed to its massive roster of characters. My Hero Ultra Impact can be played and enjoyed with whichever characters players want to have on their team. As much as there is an intended balance to be kept across units, within the same rarity grade at least, some simply turn out more efficient than others.

If you have just started diving into the world of My Hero Ultra Impact and still grasping the basic features and mechanics of the game, be sure to check out our My Hero Ultra Impact beginner’s guide first. My Hero Ultra Impact is relatively an easy game to pick up and play even for complete beginners. However, learning some simple tricks and strategies can help lead you towards a faster and more efficient progression rate as far as choosing and upgrading team members as well as clearing challenges are concerned.

For this My Hero Ultra Impact guide, we will be exclusively focusing on the Ultra Rare (UR) or top-grade characters in the game. While there are plenty of decent SR units in My Hero Ultra Impact, we simply cannot consider them at par with UR grade characters. Like all other tier lists out there as well as tier lists we have published, this one is subjective.

my hero ultra impact tier ranking

The rationale behind it is to give players an idea of each character’s unique strengths and limitations. In the end, the choice of which characters to consider as members of your main team as well as which ones to fully invest in lies with you.

With 36 UR Characters to consider spreading across 4 tiers, each group of units are only considered equal within each tier for the purpose of this list. As such, characters under each tier are arranged alphabetically and not necessarily from best to worst.

My Hero Ultra Impact S Tier Characters

These are the characters that we consider as the best ones to be at the center of any team. If possible, these are the ones you should seek to obtain on your first 10x gacha pull as well as the ones worth rerolling for. Regardless of their supposed roles in the team, having any one of these characters can help you breeze through some PvE content, dominate in the arena, or perform better in both.

All for One (Ruler of Evil) [Purple – Support – League of Villains, Villain, Male]

all for one ruler of evil my hero ultra impact

All for One is not as self-centered as a villain boss you would expect him to be and ias a mix of a DPS and support unit in one. He does decent damage and can provide boosts for himself and his allies and can also impose debuffs on enemies. He works best with his fellow League of Villains characters but is worth having on any team as well.

His first action skill, Black Nails, deals 300% damage to a single target and also reduces the cooldown of an ally. Air Cannon deals 175% damage on all enemies and reduces their skill damage by 25% for 3 turns. For his passives, Charisma boosts his power by 25% if his HP is 50% or higher. Charisma also increases the critical rate of “League of Villains” allies by 25%. Another passive, Man of Pure Evil, boosts his skill damage by 50% if his HP is 50% or lower. His Plus Ultra Skill, I’ll Kill You, does 600% damage on a single target and reduces his skills’ cool down period by 5.

Eijiro Kirishima (Heroism) [Blue – Tank – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

eijiro kirishima heroism my hero ultra impact

This version of Red Riot is the perfect tank for an all-Blue team but is still one of the best tanks to consider for any team. Taunt, Barrier, and Defense Boost form part of his many utilities and he does not fall short on dishing out decent damage considering that he is a tank.

His action skill, Tenacious Blade, does 300% damage to one enemy and taunts all enemies for 3 turns. This also grants him barrier for the next 2 hits he takes. Red Counter lets him counterattack enemies that use normal attacks against him for the next 3 turns. This also grants him barrier for 2 hits and boosts his skill damage by 30% for 3 turns.

His auto skill, Abandoning My Pathetic Past, boosts his skill damage by 5% with every critical hit he takes, up to 30% and further boosts his skill damage by 35% if his HP goes below the 50% mark. Endure, Protect, Have Faith is a passive that boosts his Blue allies’ HP by 25%. Finally, his Plus Ultra Skill, Red Riot: Unbreakable, deals 650% damage to an enemy, boosts his defense by 20% for 3 turns, and gives him Grit as well, making his HP never go below 1.

Eijiro Kirishima (Persistence) [Red – Tank – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

eijiro kirishima persistence my hero ultra impact

As awkward as it seems to have the only 2 UR versions of Red Riot under the S tier, both are actually exceptional and will be a good fit across many teams. While this red version works best for an entirely Red team, having him as a tank for your team works just as well as having his blue version.

Red Counter lest him counter all normal attacks he takes for 3 turns and also gives him 40% damage reduction for 2 turns. Red Knuckle deals 350% damage to a single enemy, taunts all enemies for 3 turns, and gives him 40% damage reduction for a turn. His passive ability, Sturdy Hero boosts the power of his Red allies by 25%. Red Impulse increases his Plus Ultra gauge by 15% with every critical hit he lands. His Plus Ultra Skill, Red Gauntlet, deals 650% damage on a single target and grants him Barrier for 3 hits.

Endeavor (Fire Power!) [Red – DPS – Hero, Pro Hero, Male]

endeavor fire power my hero ultra impact

The current number 1 hero in the series, Endeavor, is naturally expected to showcase destructive fire power and this version of him certainly does not disappoint. Endeavor comes with a lot of attack boosts for himself and skills that synergize well with one another. There are a lot of burn effects involved as well.

Endeavor’s Heat Fist deals 225% damage to all enemies with a low chance to inflict burn for 3 turns. A Burn status deals an extra 5% damage over time. Heat Fist also reduces the enemies’ speed by 10% for 3 turns. Flame Knuckle deals 350% damage to a single target with a low chance to inflict burn for 3 turns and does 40% extra damage if the target has a speed debuff.

His passive skill, Fresh Start, boosts his Plus Ultra gauge by 30% and increases his attack by 40% for 3 turns at the start of each wave. His Plus Ultra, Prominence Burn, inflicts 650% damage to a single target with a high chance to inflict burn for 3 turns. This also grants him Grit.

Katsuki Bakugo (Merciless) [Purple – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

katsuki bakugo merciless my hero ultra impact

Being one of the more significant protagonists in the series and currently having 4 UR variants in the game, it should be expected that one of the versions make it to the S tier. All versions of Bakugo specialize in dealing damage and this one tops them all in our opinion.

Explosive Turbo deals 350% damage to one enemy and boosts his Plus Ultra gauge by 30%. Stun Grenade inflicts 200% damage, has a low chance to inflict Blind, and reduces the target’s defense by 15% for 2 turns.

His auto skill, It’s Gotten Cold, increases his skill damage by 5% every turn for up to 40% and boosts his Plus Ultra gauge by 40% after 10 turns. His other passive ability lets him deal Heavy Damage for 3 attacks at the start of each wave and increases his Speed by 30% when his HP is 50% or higher. His Plus Ultra, Berzerk Blast, deals 650% damage to an enemy and lowers defense by 30% for 3 turns.

Nejire Hado (Wild Curiosity) [Green – Support – U.A. Student, Hero, Big Three, Female]

nejire hado wild curiosity my hero ultra impact

While Nejire is considered as among the most power students of U.A. High School, with abilities that are comparable or even beyond that of a pro hero, her consideration for the S tier in My Hero Ultra Impact is more attributable to her support built. HP Recovery, power boost, and Plus Ultra gauge increase are just some of the perks her allies benefit from with her on the team. She further stretches the gap in power by reducing all her enemies’ power.

Nejire’s first active skill heals one ally for 25% health, boost that ally’s power by 30% for 3 turns, and then heals all allies by 25% HP. Power Wave deals 250% damage to all enemies and reduces their power by 25% for 3 turns. This also fills up all allies’ Plus Ultra gauge by 15%.

Her first passive ability can increase the Plus Ultra Gauge of allies if they are U.A. students. Her other passive heals allies by 20% for 3 turns at the start of each wave and also grants her Grit. Her Plus Ultra skill, Ultra Nejire Wave, deals 600% damage to a single target and fills her allies’ Plus Ultra gauge by 20%.

Ochaco Uraraka (Advantage) [Green – Support – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Female]

ochaco uraraka advantage my hero ultra impact

Uravity shares the same consideration with Nejire as the best healer in My Hero Ultra Impact, in our opinion. Both of them can tremendously boost their team’s survivability with heals and come with their own mix of offensive and defensive support skills.

Uraraka’s first action skill heals all allies by 30% of their max HP and grants them evasion for a turn, dodging all incoming attacks. Her other skill lets her counter normal attacks for 3 turns, boosting her own power by 30% for its duration as well. Her first passive boosts all Green allies’ power by 25%. Her second auto skill boosts her speed by 40% when evasion is active. Uraraka’s Plus Ultra Skill, Weightless Rock Drop, deals 650% damage to an enemy and boosts her allies critical rate by 20% for 3 turns.

Overhaul (Unrelenting Desire) [Red – DPS – Villain, Male]

overhaul unreleting desire my hero ultra impact

While it is a shame that Kai Chisaki is not a member of the League of Villains, for a potentially OP villain team, his overall kit still gives him a place among the top tier characters in My Hero Ultra Impact. Overhaul has high damage potential with self-boosts and enemy debuffs on the side. He also provides auto heal for allies to top off his already impressive kit.

Overhaul’s first skill inflicts 350% damage to an enemy with a medium chance to inflict fear for 2 turns, leaving a high chance to disable actions if their health is 50% or lower. This also reduces the target’s defense by 15% for 3 turns. Terrain Disassembly does 225% damage to all enemies and reduces their power by 10% for 3 turns along with a low chance to inflict bleed for 3 turns.

Germaphobia increases his skill damage by 50% if his HP is 80% or more. This passive also grants allies 20% auto heal for 3 turns at the start of each wave. His other auto skill provides a 1-time full heal when his HP goes below 30%, reducing his cool down duration by 3 as well. His Plus Ultra skill deals 700% damage to an enemy, dealing an extra 40% damage if the enemy is a Hero.

Shoto Todoroki (Post Struggle) [Green – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

shoto todoroki post struggle my hero ultra impact

With his real name as his hero name, the number one hero’s son stands as among the most powerful students of U.A. High School as well. Having 4 UR versions in the game, the best one is among who we consider as top tier characters. Although his burn abilities are considered more destructive, his freeze effects are more dangerous in My Hero Ultra Impact.

Shoto’s first active skill deals 225% damage to all enemies and has a medium chance to freeze them for a turn if the chain succeeds, disabling their ability to perform an action and guarantees a critical hit on them if they are frozen. This also boosts Shoto’s power by 40% for 3 turns. Flame Dance does 225% damage to all enemies as well with a medium chance to inflict burn on the targets for 3 turns and increases Shoto’s Plus Ultra gauge by 30%.

His auto skill gives him a 35% Plus Ultra Gauge increase once per battle if his HP is 50% or higher. His other passive increases his power by 40% when his HP drops below the 50% mark and freezes enemies who attack him if his HP goes lower than 30%. His Plus Ultra Skill deals 650% damage to an enemy with a medium chance to inflict freeze for a turn as well as burn for 3 turns.

My Hero Ultra Impact A Tier Characters

Considering that we only chose 9 characters to fill our S Tier group, it can be very challenging to acquire the ones you need from them to form your ultimate team. While characters under this tier are not as appealing as the ones above, each one is still great to have can be considered as members of your main team. Each one is still well worth the resource investment.

Fumikage Tokoyami (In Shadows) [Yellow – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

fumikage tokoyami in shadows my hero ultra impact

The Jet-Black Hero: Tsukuyomi stands as our first entry for this tier. Tsukuyomi is a DPS unit that keeps boosting his own strengths while reducing that of his enemy. He does not offer much for his allies save for his debuffs on the enemy target.

Tsukuyomi’s first active skill deals 350% damage to an enemy and reduces the target’s critical rate by 25% for 3 turns. His second skill boosts his own attack power by 30% for 3 turns and gives him Double Tap, enabling him to perform a second normal attack. Dark Lullaby gives him a 15% attack boost and 20% speed boost if Double Tap is active.

Jet Black Wings also grant him Double Tap and a 10% speed boost for 3 turns at the start of each wave, boosting his attack by 20% as well. His Plus Ultra Skill, Black Fallen Angel, deals 650% damage to one enemy reduce the enemy’s critical rate and skill damage by 20% for 3 turns.

Hawks (Sharp Gale) [Green – Support – Hero, Pro Hero, Male]

hawks sharp gale my hero ultra impact

The current number 2 hero, Hawks, has showcased his speed and power numerous times in the series. Hawks’ incarnation in My Hero Ultra Impact reflects just how potent he is in both offense and defense, utilizing speed buffs and evasion as his main tools.

Feather Shotgun deals 225% damage to all enemies and gives allies a 15% speed boost for 3 turns. Feather Sword does 375% damage to a single enemy, granting allies a chance for a second attack for 2 turns. His passive ability, Fast Man, makes allies evade an attack once at the start of battle and boosts his own speed by 25% if he has 50% or more HP.

His other auto skill gives him a 35% power boost if he has evasion. Hawks’ Plus Ultra Skill, Fierce Wings, deals 650% damage to an enemy and gives him evasion for a turn. This also boosts his power by 40% if the enemy has a speed debuff.

Izuku Midoriya (Expectations) [Blue – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

izuku midoriya expectations my hero ultra impact

This version of Deku is a straightforward damage-dealer whose kit gives him more offensive strength while reducing his enemy’s capacity. There is not much to offer for team synergy but his skills work well enough with one another.

Delaware Smash does 350% damage to an enemy and reduces that enemy’s speed by 30% for 3 turns. Detroit Smash deals 350% damage to a single enemy and does an extra 50% damage if the target has a speed debuff. Unknown Vitality is a passive ability that boosts his skill damage by 50% if he has 50% or more HP.

When HP goes below the 50% mark, his other passive grants him evasion against 3 attacks and boosts his speed by 40%. His Plus Ultra Skill deals 700% damage to a single enemy and reduces their critical rate by 35% for 3 turns.

Izuku Midoriya (World Heroes) [Purple – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

izuku midoriya world heroes my hero ultra impact

The second of 5 UR versions of Deku also sports enough talent to make it to the A Tier. He is also very much a straightforward damage-dealer with self-boosts that further increase his damage outputs.

His Detroit Smash deals 300% damage to an enemy with extra damage based on his speed. Delaware Smash deals 350% damage to a target, boosts his speed by 30%, and fills his Plus Ultra Gauge by 20%. His first auto skill boosts his power by 40% and grants him Grit if his HP drops below the 50% mark.

His other passive fills his Plus Ultra Gauge by 30% at the start of battle and increases his critical rate by 30% for 3 turns. Purple Deku’s Plus Ultra Skill deals 700% damage to one enemy and inflicts an extra 40% damage if the target is a Villain.

Katsuki Bakugo (Burst Attack) [Yellow – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

katsuki bakugo burst attack my hero ultra impact

Yellow Bakugo is also a pretty straightforward character with some helpful self-boosts as well as a crit. rate increase for his allies. The only thing that holds him back are perks that do not activate whenever he has a speed debuff.

Explosive Turbo deals 350% damage to an enemy and boosts his speed by 30% for 3 turns. Thirst for Victory boosts critical rate for allies by 20% and fills his Plus Ultra Gauge by 30% if successfully used in a chain. His first auto skill boosts his power by 25% and also increases skill damage if speed debuff is active.

His other passive boosts skill damage by 5% every turn for up to 40% and boosts Plus Ultra Skill damage by 25% unless he has speed debuff. His Plus Ultra Skill, X-Catapult, deals 700% damage to an enemy and boosts skill damage by 20% if he is not afflicted by a speed debuff.

Katsuki Bakugo (Number One) [Blue – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

katsuki bakugo number one my hero ultra impact

Blue Bakugo is equally straightforward like his other versions and comes with some self-boosts that further increase his damage outputs along with burn effects and blind to inflict on his enemies.

His A.P. Shot deals 350% to a single target with a medium chance of inflicting burn on them for 3 turns, reducing the target’s defense by 15% as well if used in a chain successfully. Stun Grenade deals 225% damage to all enemies with a medium chance of inflicting blind on them for 2 turns, making their subsequent attacks, except Plus Ultra Skills, have a chance to miss.

His first auto skill boosts his power by 35% and increases it by 5% with each enemy defeated, provided his HP is 50% or more. His other passive boosts his speed by 25% and increases it further by 3% every turn for up to 30% if his HP is 50% or more. His Plus Ultra Skill, Howitzer Impact, deals 700% damage to a single enemy and deals an extra 50% damage against burning enemies.

Katsuki Bakugo (World Heroes) [Red – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

katsuki bakugo world heroes my hero ultra impact

Red Bakugo is yet another similarly built but different version of Bakugo sporting high attack power coupled with some self-buffs and some debuffs on enemies as well.

Explosive Turbo deals 350% damage to an enemy and grants his skills an extra 50% damage boost for the next 3 turns. A.P. Shot deals 350% damage to a target with a low chance of inflicting burn for 3 turns. This can reduce the enemy’s critical rate by 20% for 3 turns if used in a chain successfully.

His first auto skill fills his Plus Ultra Gauge by 30% at the start of battle and so long as his HP is more than 50%, his speed is increased by 30%. His other passive reduces enemy power by 20% for 3 turns at the start of each wave and boosts his own power by 40% if his HP goes below the 50% mark. His Plus Ultra Skill does 700% damage against an enemy and deals an extra 40% damage if the enemy has a critical rate debuff.

Mirio Togata (Reach It!) [Yellow – Support – U.A. Student, Hero, Big Three, Male]

mirio togata reach it my hero ultra impact

Lemillion’s incarnation in My Hero Ultra Impact provides a decent mix of a tank and support unit with a dash of self-boosts to up his own damage outputs. He is effective in reducing the enemy’s attack power and having the ability to taunt them also helps in the survivability of his own team.

Lemillion’s Phantom Uppercut deals 350% damage to an enemy and comes with a low chance to confuse the target for 2 turns, making them randomly attack their allies or miss their targets. This also reduces the target’s power by 25% if used in a chain successfully. Vanishing Blow deals 350% damage to its target and taunts them for 2 turns, giving Togata evasion for 2 hits.

His first auto skill gives him evasion for 1 hit and skill damage increase of 60% for 3 turns when his HP goes below the 50% mark. His other passive skill boosts his critical rate by 35% if evasion is active. His Plus Ultra Skill, Phantom Menace, deals 650% damage to a single enemy, reduce that target’s power by 20% for 3 turns, and fives him evasion for 1 hit.

Momo Yaoyorozu (Ever Ready) [Blue – Support – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Female]

momo yaoyorozu ever ready my hero ultra impact

Despite having one of her passives only impacting specific unit types, Creati’s support abilities are still commendable and can make her a great asset for almost any team. She can heal and boost the team’s Plus Ultra Gauge, and prevent and remove debuffs as well as reduce her enemes speed in combat.

First Aid removes a negative status effect on all allies and heals them for 35% HP. Her other active skill deals 225% damage on all enemies and decrease their speed by 15% for 3 turns. Her first auto skill boosts Blue Type Allies’ power by 25%. Her other passive grants allies debuff immunity once at the start of battle. This also boosts her Plus Ultra gauge by 40% once if her HP goes below the 50% mark. Her Plus Ultra Skill does 650% damage to an enemy and fills her team’s Plus Ultra Gauge by 20%.

Shoto Todoroki (My Own Will) [Purple – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

shoto todoroki my own will my hero ultra impact

This version of Shoto is all about pumping his critical rate for increase damage as well as other perks. His kit comes with its share of freeze and burn effects as well.

His first action skill, Ice Cluster, deals 350% damage to an enemy and boost critical rate by 30% for 3 turns if used in a chain successfully. This also comes with a medium chance to freeze the target. Focused release is a self-buff that grants a 20% increase in critical rate for 3 turns as well as a Plus Ultra Gauge boost of 40%.

His first auto skill gives him a 20% attack boost and 10% speed boost for 3 turns if he lands a critical hit. His other passive fills his Plus Ultra gauge by 30% at the start of battle and boosts his critical damage by 30% if his HP goes below 50%. His Plus Ultra Skill deals 700% damage against an enemy and has an increased critical damage of 40% if it lands a critical hit, having a low chance to inflict burn on the target for 3 turns.

Tomura Shigaraki (Awakening) [Red – DPS – League of Villains, Villain, Male]

tomura shigaraki awakening my hero ultra impact

Red Shigaraki may be in a lower tier than his Purple counterpart, but this one has ways to bridge the gap in power between him and his enemies. He has a good mix of self-buffs and being able to reduce his enemy’s defense effectively boosts his damage capabilities further.

Necrosis deals 350% damage to an enemy and reduces defense by 25% for 3 turns. His other action skill fills his Ultra Gauge by 50% and gives him evasion for a turn. His passives work perfectly in tandem: having 50% or more HP grants him High Field and an attack boost of 35%, having lower than 50% HP increases his skill damage by 60%. His Plus Ultra Skill deals 650% damage to an enemy, as well as 200% damage to all enemies, and gives him Grit while also inflicting some damage on him.

My Hero Ultra Impact B Tier Characters

Just because these units are under the third tier does not at all mean that they are inferior. It is just that their skills are either dependent on certain instances or have requirements they cannot fill on their own. With the right allies, these heroes can perform at par with the A and even S tier heroes and you can still consider investing resources in them provided you are certain they are the missing piece towards creating your ultimate team.

All Might (Crush Despair!) [Red – DPS – U.A. Teacher, Hero, Pro Hero, Male]

all might crush despair my hero ultra impact

This version of All Might has a Plus Ultra Skill designed to work better against a villain. While such dependency can be overlooked, both his action skills have added effects that require specific debuffs on targets, which sadly is not provided anywhere in his kit.

All Might (Symbol of Peace) [Yellow – Support – U.A. Teacher, Hero, Pro Hero, Male]

all might symbol of peace my hero ultra impact

Although this version of All Might only has one skill that will have added effects against villains, the rest of his kit just does not have enough utility or strength to make it to the higher tier. He is not bad at all but just less preferable than units in the above tier.

Himiko Toga (Bloody Love) [Green – DPS – League of Villains, Villain, Female]

himiko toga bloody love my hero ultra impact

This version of Himiko is an excellent choice of character if you are up against a full team of A-1 Students. Otherwise, his active ability and auto skill that has those dependencies will have little use, making her lag behind the characters in the above tier considering overall strength and utility.

Himiko Toga (My Target) [Blue – DPS – League of Villains, Villain, Female]

himiko toga my target my hero ultra impact

Although Blue Himiko’s skill kit has no dependencies at all, her specialization in bleed damage and boosting her own Plus Ultra gauge, among other self-boosts are just not as appealing as the kits of the characters in the above tier. She is not a bad character at all, and can really excel in dealing damage, but we prefer characters with a little more utility in a team-based strategy RPG.

Hitoshi Shinso (Sharp Words) [Green – Support – U.A. Student, Hero, Male]

hitoshi shinso sharp words my hero ultra impact

Hitoshi Shinso is a decent support character and his kit largely focuses on imposing different negative status effects on enemies. While he does have nice utility, the choice of support characters in a team-based game are always focused on healing and increased survivability, making him a second choice to all support units in the above tiers.

Izuku Midoriya (Final Blow) [Red – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

izuku midoriya final blow my hero ultra impact

Red Midoriya is actually fun to play with but we feel that Reverse Damage and self-healing just do not synergize much in our book. Despite having auto heal as well, his skills that let him take damage, just like in the series, makes him a little risky to have in your team, especially if you do not have a healer.

Izuku Midoriya (Never Give Up) [Green – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

izuku midoriya never give up my hero ultra impact

Green Midoriya is a straightforward DPS unit that has a lot of buffs he can put on himself. While decent on his own, the absence of any skill in support of his team made us consider him on this tier.

Shota Aizawa (In Shadows) [Yellow – Support – U.A. Teacher, Hero, Pro Hero, Male]

shota aizawa in shadows my hero ultra impact

We can appreciate Eraser Head’s ability to skill his enemies’ skills in combat and removing buffs from them is a nice incentive as well. All that and a boost that only affects Pro Heroes make him a little less useful than other support units on this list.

Shota Aizawa (Hidden Attack) [Purple – Support – U.A. Teacher, Hero, Pro Hero, Male]

shota aizawa hidden attack my hero ultra impact

In every respect, this version of Eraser Head has a nice utility, being able to remove an enemy’s buff and imposing his own debuffs on them. He is an okay support unit but will only be a viable choice for teams that do not need healers as a support character.

Shoto Todoroki (Swelling Heart) [Yellow – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

shoto todoroki swelling heart my hero ultra impact

This is a version of Shoto without an ability to freeze. His offense is nice and he can give his allies immunity from burn and bleed. While overall decent, this one still lags behind his other versions especially considering overall utility.

Shoto Todoroki (World Heroes) [Blue – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

shoto todoroki world heroes my hero ultra impact

This version of Shoto has decent overall skills, especially with a lot of debuffs like burn, freeze, and restrain. He can also boost his own power and give allies burn resistance. What made us consider him for this tier is his second passive that will be useless unless he is paired with a Pro Hero.

Tsuyu Asui (Camouflage) [Blue – Support – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Female]

tsuyu asui camouflage my hero ultra impact

Froppy is also a decent character that offers plenty of tricks up her sleeve. She can confuse enemies and reduce their defense as well as their critical rate. She also offers some boosts for her allies. What made us lodge her under this tier relates to her passive abilities: one of them applies only to Blue type units and the other only activates when she has camouflage.

My Hero Ultra Impact C Tier Characters

These units may be at the bottom of the tier but it does not mean that they do not have their moments to shine. Although we do recommend considering all other characters as far as building your main team is concerned, the units under this tier can still be utilized for specific challenges, as members of specialized teams.

Denki Kaminari (Flashing Bolts) [Purple – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

denki kaminari flashing bolts my hero ultra impact

We certainly appreciate Chargebolt’s powerful AoE Plus Ultra Skill as well as his ability to paralyze enemies. The drawback, however of damaging allies and a chance of paralyzing them as well just makes him difficult to work with. It is also an extra minus for him to lose defense whenever he is confused.

Hawks (Swift Strike) [Blue – DPS – Hero, Pro Hero, Male]

hawks swift strike my hero ultra impact

He has a good potential to deal heavy damage but his skills depend on his speed and having an attack speed buff. What makes this all sad is that he does not have the ability to boost his speed on his own so reliance on partners that can give him a speed boost is the only way to make him work well.

Izuku Midoriya (My Ability) [Yellow – DPS – U.A. Student, 1-A Student, Hero, Male]

izuku midoriya my ability my hero ultra impact

This version of Deku has a Plus Ultra Skill that deals damage somewhat dependent on the target’s speed. This would be fine with the right allies but another downer is that one of his active skills also hurt him in the process.

Tomura Shigaraki (Evil Unbound) [Purple – DPS – League of Villains, Villain, Male]

tomura shigaraki evil unbound my hero ultra impact

If there is one thing we like about this version of Tomura, it is how his skills deal an extra 50% damage when his HP is above 50%. Everything else in his kit either only benefits League of Villains in his team or have added effects only against Pro Hero enemies.

Before we wrap up, we want to stress the consideration in this tier list that avoids potential allies and memories in their valuation. The luck of draw is always a factor to consider in recruiting characters as well as obtaining memories with all the extra copies needed. As such, having a lower tier character with a top notch memory as compared with a top tier one with a rather average one can tilt a character’s overall value.

There are plenty of ways to build a character and a team especially with memories taken into consideration. Although we have yet to delve on the best memories for each of these UR characters, we are certain that having the top recommended memory considered for each character will certainly lead to different tier placements.

Just because a character is in the S Tier does not make them a perfect candidate across every content and units lodged under the C tier are not completely useless as well. As a perfect example, we would not recommend a full team of characters of a specific type as your main team across every challenge you take on.

However, content like the USJ where specific elements or unit types can excel will sooner or later prompt you to build full teams for each type especially once you take on the higher level stages. Likewise, PvE and PvP combat offer differing strategies and team compositions for success, making it highly improbable that a character or unit exceling in one will also prove to be equally efficient in another.

We are likewise considering a huge possibility that My Hero Ultra Impact will still have a plethora of additional characters joining its roster in the succeeding updates. In this light, it can be expected as well that additional characters will impact all other characters’ relative strength and utility values. Adjustments in character stats and skill kits are also possible with the aim of balancing each one out.

This is where we end our My Hero Ultra Impact Tier List and we hope that you picked up a lot of important points to consider in choosing your top characters and building your ultimate team. There is a good chance that our groupings will not entirely reflect what you have in mind and we accept and respect that.

If you feel that some of the characters in any of the above tiers deserve to be in another tier, do not hesitate to speak your mind down on our comment section. On the other hand, if by some chance our tier list is exactly how you pictured it to be with everyone lodged under the right tier in your opinion, then we would appreciate hearing from you about it as well!
