King Rabbit Tips, Cheats & Guide for Solving More Puzzles

RareSloth’s new iOS game King Rabbit is only available for Apple gadgets at this time, but by the looks of things, this is a game we hope to see available for Android users as well. You play the role of a literal King Rabbit, with your objective being to save your bunny citizens from “devious” enemies. The game can be considered a mix of puzzle and action-style gaming, meaning you should expect your adrenaline to pump while your mind is challenged. There are various items which you can discover, a “distinct and intricate” art style for the graphics, and no shortage of levels that get harder with the next one you complete.

Before heading off on your quest to save your rabbit constituents, you may want to be primed up for the task first. If that’s the case, then you should take some time out to read these King Rabbit tips and tricks. These cover different general topics, and are all designed to help you find those bunnies and save them from the bad guys.

1. Be On The Lookout For Glow Bubbles

You’ll want to literally smell the flowers in this game. While doing that, you may see a few objects that release “glow bubbles”—normally, these objects are breakable, with the glow bubbles being a sign that there’s something inside the object. Go ahead and break that object, especially if it’s a box; you might have some gold coins or diamonds waiting for you. Of course, the approach will be different if you’re dealing with an object such as a tree; if that’s the case, then cut that tree down with a saw blade.

2. Chase All The Gold Coins

King Rabbit has two types of currency; coins, which are the common currency, and diamonds, which are the premium form of currency. But even if gold is considered “common,” you should be chasing it as much as you could, and trying to find all three gold coins hidden in a level. Collecting enough coins is the only way you can play the next chapter of the game, but that’s just part of the story. Collecting those coins could give you free diamonds, as this usually happens with every tenth coin you’ve earned.

To make the long story short, don’t play the next level until you’ve found all the coins.

3. How To Collect More Diamonds

Aside from collecting coins to earn diamonds in the process, you may also stumble upon diamonds at random. Some levels have them and some levels don’t, so if you want to know if there are diamonds up for grabs, you’ll want to look out for the diamond silhouette next to the levels that have them. That will be your guide to choose the levels to play or replay so you can add to your diamond total.

4. Redeem Free Gifts

RareSloth is fortunately the generous type when it comes to in-game rewards. Make sure you’ve got your notifications turned on, as the game offers free gifts every two hours. Normally, you’ll be rewarded with a bunch of jewels, which are the game’s premium currency; you can use them to buy new characters or new effects.

5. A Guide To The Objects In The Game

King Rabbit is one of those games where there are various items in levels whose purpose is not explained at all. That’s where the puzzle-solving mechanic comes in, as you’ll have to try manipulating those objects in hopes of freeing more rabbits. Here are some of the objects that you may run into, and what you should do to them/with them if you see them.

First of all, you should definitely avoid those bonfires. Yes, you’re free to “play” with stuff in the levels, but just like in real life, you should not be literally playing with fire. You can, however, use bombs to destroy objects such as rocks and trees; bumping into them will have them go off in about a few seconds’ time. And on a safer note, you can push wooden crates around, and watch them float if you drop them into water. These items can be destroyed with saws or the aforementioned bombs.

6. Even More Objects – What Do They Do?

In addition to the wooden crates, you’ve also got metal crates, but the difference here is that they won’t float if pushed, and you won’t be able to destroy them, may it be with a saw or with a bomb. Turrets, on the other hand, are very effective (if deadly) if used the right way, and they resemble boxes with a small cannon sticking out. Normally, you can use them to fire poison shots in the direction they’re facing, but if you have some poison shoot out over a bonfire, you can create an explosive shot that can do a lot more damage.

7. How To Get Out Of Webs

Webs can be counted among the objects you can encounter in levels, but you don’t need to panic if you somehow walked into one. Normally, getting trapped in a web will send a signal to spiders, who will approach the web and try to eat you alive. But if you move twice quickly enough, you can escape from the web, and escape those hungry spiders in the process.

8. Don’t Rush It As You’ve Got The Luxury Of Time

Yes, there are some situations in King Rabbit where you need to act fast, such as the above example of escaping from a spider web. But generally speaking, you can take your time when solving the puzzles, as there are no time limits. Most of the time, solving the puzzles all boils down to common sense, so with that in mind, be patient, explore and experiment to your heart’s content, and think it out thoroughly before making a decision in the game.

These would be our tips and tricks for King Rabbit. Stay tuned, as we will update this guide in case we discover more hints!
