Heroes Tactics: Mythiventures is a brand new tactical role-playing game. This is a game developed by Camex for iOS and Android platforms. The company describes it as a casual tactics RPG for “tactical beginners,” a turn-based strategy game that should be ideal for anyone just starting out in the genre, or even for hardcore RPG veterans, who would be able to command full control. There are seven “Grand Carnival Style” modes advertised, with four of them available and three more coming soon. As for the story, it’s quite similar to those you may have seen before in RPG titles – you play the role of a hero saving a kingdom from a legion of demon heroes, who started appearing in large number after a “descendant of the Dragon Tribe wedded a human King, giving birth to Princess Loralyn.”
While Camex does appear to advertise this game as a more casual twist on tactical RPG gaming, many beginners may be overwhelmed when they first start playing. So read on if you are indeed a first-time player, as we’ve got some useful Heroes Tactics: Mythiventures tips and tricks for you.
1. How To Properly Equip Your Party
Leveling up the heroes in your party is the best way to upgrade them; this happens naturally through battles, or by making use of experience point upgrade materials. And when talking about equipping items, party members are allowed six items each. Once you’ve filled up all of those slots, you can then hit the Promote button. The items will disappear, but you don’t need to worry – their stats will be upgraded, and you’d be able to choose from a newer, better set of equipment.
2. What Should You Do If You Can’t Find A Certain Equipment?
Now, if you need a piece of equipment but can’t seem to find it anywhere, all you have to do is to check the profile of the team member who’s in specific need of the item. Tap on the missing equipment, then tap on Gather, and you’ll be able to see where you can find that item. It may be in a battle, which means it will come in the form of an equipment drop, or you may be able to buy it at the General Store.
3. Take Advantage Of Your Raid Card
Raid Cards allow players to automatically complete a level, though that would require you to have previously completed it with three stars. This makes it easy for you to grind for coins and XPs, as well as find missing equipment. Take advantage of this feature and raid different parts of the world map for better chances of finding diverse pieces of equipment the fastest possible way.
4. Know When To Do The ‘Fancy Stuff’ With Your Equipment
If you see a green hammer in an equipment slot that’s currently empty, that means you can forge that item. And if you see a yellow plus sign, that’s more of a good news/bad news scenario – the good news is that you have the equipment, the bad news is that the party member with the equipment cannot equip it yet as they haven’t been leveled up sufficiently.
Moving on to enchanting equipment, we recommend this only when your hero has been promoted at least once, but isn’t due for promotion anytime soon.
