It has been three long years since Halfbrick Studios released a new game, and they have been missed by millions of fans. When they first announced Magic Brick Wars, they didn’t even need to dive into the details because everyone’s just excited to hear from them. With titles like Fruit Ninja and Jetpack Joyride under their belt, who wouldn’t be excited? Now they have just confirmed that Magic Brick Wars will be released on November 15, and everyone is psyched.
Magic Brick Wars is a real-time PVP battler similar to Clash Royale. However, only the most basic concepts are similar to Supercell’s awesome card battler. Players still plop down units with the goal of having them reach the other end of the map and destroy the enemy base. Instead of just mindlessly hobbling across the screen, though, the units will be mining blocks that are in their path. They may find useful resources that can help them in battle. Players can also place magic brick that will aid their units as they march on.
Long-time fans of Halfbrick’s games would be pleasantly surprised to see familiar characters marching across the screen. The adorable little skeletons from Halfbrick’s 2010 game called Raskulls are making a comeback in this game. Each Raskull has its own personality and set of specialties that will help players win in battle.
