Aralon: Forge and Flame Tips, Tricks & Cheats for Creating the Ideal Character

Crescent Moon’s Aralon: Forge and Flame is a new mobile RPG that serves as the latest chapter in the classic Aralon series for mobile devices. According to the game’s story, the Throne of Aralon sits empty at the moment, and in-game kingdom Callaheim’s noble families are in a power struggle, trying to control its future. That’s the backdrop as you step into a world with three continents, tons of items and weapons, three races, four classes, respective skill trees, and separate first- and third-person view options. The game also has a day and night cycle, which we think is really cool as it simulates the time of day where you’re at.

One of the first things you have to do in this game is to create your own character. But how do you go about doing that, and how do you make that character powerful? We’ve got just what you need, in the form of these Aralon: Forge and Flame tips and tricks for creating a dominant character.

1. Choose Warrior As Your Class

To be honest, you can create a powerful character in Aralon: Forge and Flame regardless of their race or class. But we would recommend the Warrior class because not only is it very popular with gamers, it’s also arguably the easiest class to play if you’re a first-time player.

2. Focus On Fury

When it comes to your character’s abilities, you want to focus primarily on Fury. This is a Warrior-only ability, and if you want to make your Warrior a force to be reckoned with, you can’t do without strong stats under Fury. This ability increases your effective strength for 19 seconds (before it gets ranked up), so that means all strength values your character has become more pronounced for a good 19 seconds.

3. With Fury Active, Allocate Stat Points To Strength

After selecting Fury as your active ability and making sure it’s completely leveled up, you’ll be able to multiply your Strength attribute nine-fold – one new skill point in Strength, for example, turns into nine, thanks to Fury being active. Just keep allocating stat points to Strength for the most part, and you should have a character who totally owns it on Aralon: Forge and Flame.

Mage is better than warrior. You can cast a couple of spells which are fundamental to win when 2 or 3 enemies attack you at once. First cast Summon Elemental and an ice elemental will fight with you and distract enemies . Use Frost Scyte to temporary freeze enemies and kill them. Focus on developing your ice skills before your fire skills because ice can freeze them.

I started with testing out ranger, rogue, and mage. Hence I only know the warrior idea is fine, but camera can spoil it AND even a warrior player should contemplate heaving a powerful ranged weapon, as quickbar allows us to switch weapons in combat, and some tombs and trapped areas may benefit from luring mobs of enemies by shooting the first of 'em, probably shooting IT dead!

Some moments in the game are excellent thought-food for storytellers and game-masters of pen and paper aka tabletop roleplaying. The rogue hired by the mages guild, to sneak into a suspect of necromancy's home and find evidence? Splendid! A ranger culling the savage gnolls to protect a small human settlement? Wonderful roleplaying tales in there.

Playing "The Shadow Sun" was more fun, even without payed DLC, but this game could be fine, if only the lack of care (especially onplayer comforting) would be suspicious for a sequel.
