A global release was first announced for Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space in October 2018. Fans of the game patiently held their breath for information on the official release date. Who can blame them when the story is written by Chrono Trigger writer Masato Kato and the main theme is composed by none other than Yasunori Mitsuda? The long wait is almost over as Wright Flyer Studios has finally announced that the game is set to be released on January 28.
Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space is a free-to-play mobile RPG that was initially released in Japan in April 2017. The game was a smashing success, creating a worldwide buzz that would have players clamoring for a global launch. Almost two years after the Japanese release, the rest of the world will finally get their hands on the game.
The game features a classic turn-based combat system with the added mechanic of combos and multi-attacks that allows players to deal more damage. The “Another Force” system is a unique combat mechanic that prevents enemies from moving for a short duration while players get unlimited MP within the time limit.
Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space will be released on Android and iOS in selected regions around the world. These include the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. The game will be available in English, Japanese, Korean, and Traditional Chinese languages with Japanese and English voiceovers. Players who sign up early will receive a Princess’ Prayer Fragment upon release if the game hits 150,000 pre-registrations.
