It’s based on the trilogy of books by J.R.R. Tolkien as well as the OSCAR®-winning film adaptations by Peter Jackson, so the officially licensed title is bound to be a faithful adaptation of its source materials, including authentic commanders and settings from the legendary map and its iconic landmarks.
The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War lets players make important decisions as they build their settlements and expand territories in the Third Age of Middle-earth. Should you side with good or evil, and should you build Fellowships or Warbands? Do you collaborate with other players and claim lands via strong alliances, or do you reign supreme across the battlefield with your own unstoppable forces throughout the game’s tile-based map design?
The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War is now open for pre-registration in Europe, the Americas, Oceania, and Southeast Asia. Those who sign up on the App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, and on the Google Play Store ahead of the launch on September 23rd will receive an in-game gift pack with a portrait of Bilbo Baggins, the Hobbit of the Shire. And so a new war for the One Ring begins…
