If you need help getting started on the right track, just read our Pocket Knights 2 beginner’s guide below!
1. Auto-Questing Is The Best
If you have played other RPG games before, you will be familiar with the Quest shortcut. You can find it on the top left area of the screen. Tapping on it will allow you to automatically navigate to where you need to be for that Quest. If you have already accomplished the Quest, tapping on the shortcut will instantly give you the reward. Use this to breeze through the different Quests presented by the game. Complete Quests diligently because these are designed to keep your progress on the right track.
2. Don’t Forget Your Upgrades
There are a lot of things you can upgrade in Pocket Knights 2 in order to make your Heroes stronger. If you find yourself struggling in any of the battles, it may be because you overlooked a few crucial upgrades. You can upgrade your equipment, skills, star rank, and stat rank. Just head into the team menu and look for the red dots. Any section with a red dot on it means you have an upgrade waiting. Just keep upgrading all the sections with red dots to keep your Hero in top shape.
3. Your Level Is The Limit
You are probably wondering why you can’t upgrade your equipment or skills any further. The most probable culprit is your level. Equipment can only be upgraded up to twice the level of your character. Skills, on the other hand, can only go up to the same level as your character. That means you will need to level up you character in order to upgrade further. It also means you should regularly check back into the upgrades every time you level up.
4. Look For The Red Dot
A red dot in any menu means you have something waiting for you. As mentioned above, red dots in the team menu means you have pending upgrades. Seeing the red dot in the Events menu and your bag normally means you have prizes waiting for you. Look through all of these red dots to claim all the freebies that are coming your way. If you see the red dot on the recharge button, however, it is usually just an advertisement of their latest bundles and promos. You can check those out as well if you feel like spending real money in the game.
5. Try Out VIP Benefits
Pocket Knights 2 lets you test the VIP benefits even without spending real money. VIP benefits include being able to buy more upgrades, use alchemy, and even quick-farming the world tree. Take advantage of these benefits while you can. If you realize that you enjoyed the benefits, and you know you will be playing the game for a long time, you may want to get that VIP level by spending a few bucks in the recharge menu.
