1. Master The Trails For Money

One of the best ways to earn money in this game is to grind the Challenge Trails. You can find them by tapping on the map icon on the top left of your screen. This will show you the map of the area you are in. This map will also show you several red and green markers scattered throughout. The green markers are the Challenge Trails.

These trails will have you driving through several posts until you reach the flare at the end. Completing each trail will reward you with some money. However, if you manage to beat specific times while completing a trail, you will get bonus rewards. Since Challenge Trails do not change, you can replay the same trail over and over until you master it. You can then start earning some serious cash by beating all the target times for each trail.

2. Stick To One Starting Vehicle

The game is generous enough to give you money to buy both a Quad and a Truck as your starting vehicles. Since you can play as much as you want with either of them, it doesn’t make much sense to spend limited cash on both. What you should do instead is to pick the one you like better, then spend the remaining cash to upgrade it. Trucks are well-rounded vehicles that will give you a little bit of everything you need. Quads, on the other hand, are a lot quicker, but that also makes them more difficult to maneuver. Just choose the one that suits your play style then upgrade it with your leftover cash.

3. Try Different Driving Controls

Offroad Outlaws has three buttons that allow you to control how your vehicle behaves. You can find these buttons at the top left of your screen, right beside the map icon. Understanding how these buttons affect your vehicle is key to getting through the rough terrain. Familiarize yourself with them and do not be afraid to experiment a little.

The first button controls your gears. As with real cars, high gears give you more speed and power, while lower gears provide more stable controls. You will need to switch between gears depending on the road you are driving on.

The second button controls the differential lock. This is used for preventing the front or rear wheels from spinning at different speeds. This is important for maintaining balance and control, while also lowering your maximum speed.

The third button switches between front wheel, rear wheel, and four wheel drive moves. Front wheel drive puts the control at the front of your vehicle, making it easier to maneuver on flat surfaces.
