This iOS-exclusive game, however, takes things literally and has an actual lava floor that will chase your character. Your goal is to keep going higher to stay safe from the lava. 1. Be Quick And Precise
If lava is coming to get you, it goes without saying that you have to run away as fast as you can. Unfortunately for your character, there is nowhere to go but up. That means you will have to jump up as fast as you can. The problem with this is that there will be obstacles and pitfalls waiting for you. If you accidentally tap on the wrong place, you will fall to your doom. As you progress further into your run, the lava will rise faster. It will keep rising faster until you barely have enough time to keep up. That is why you need to keep tapping quickly and accurately in order to survive!
2. Perseverance Is Key
Unlike most endless runner games, you won’t be coddled here by having a chance to continue after dying. There are no premium payments or ads that can save you once you die. If you want to get better scores, you will just have to keep practicing and keep trying. Don’t worry because after you get the hang of it, the game will get easier. You’ll be surprised by how far you will get after just a few tries.
3. Remove Distractions
Focus is the number one thing in this game. You can’t afford to get distracted even for a split second, especially when you are in the later parts of your run. If you need to turn off the in-game music, feel free to do so. It also helps if you play in an area where there are minimal distractions. You want to be able to focus all your attention on the game to ensure that you will be able to tap accurately even if the lava is rising fast.
4. Play Against Friends
Even if the game does not have multiplayer options, you can still get creative in order to get competitive. If any of your friends are playing the game, you can synchronize yourselves and each start a run at the same time. This way you can compete to see who will be able to survive the longest. Just keep in mind that the levels are randomized so you won’t all be experiencing the same run. It takes a bit of luck but you will still be able to compete with your friends at least.
