After nearly 14 years delighting players on PC, Relic’s classic Company of Heroes is finally available on iPad too!
An outstanding RTS, the iPad version of the classic Company of Heroes boasts updated visuals and a control scheme specifically redesigned for iPad. Since we are talking about a remake of the original title, the new release maintains almost the entire base game, including the original campaign and the Skirmish mode. Players will be able to use both regular touch controls and the new command wheel system designed to streamline gameplay.
This new iPad version of Company of Heroes was developed by Feral Interactive and was officially announced back in 2019. However, the launch of the game was postponed…until now! Upon launch, this iPad version will not feature the multiplayer mode. But, if we are to take into account the developers’ hints, it may be added in the future.

Since it’s a premium release, the iPad version of Company of Heroes is available for $13.99 and can be downloaded from the App Store. There are no free versions or micro-transactions involved. Extra missions, Skirmish maps, or audio in Spanish, Russian, German, and French can be downloaded for free. On the App Store, the core game is 3.9 GB. However, you will need 6 GB free space on your device to enjoy everything that the game offers.
