1. Missions And Achievements Are Important

Recruit Tickets are needed if you want more people on your team. There are several ways to get those tickets, but the easiest way is through missions and achievements. The game gives you a set of missions that refreshes every day. The missions themselves do not give out Recruit Tickets, but you do get gems from them. Gems, in turn, are used to purchase, the Recruit Tickets.

Achievements, on the other hand, are long-term goals that you meet as you play the game. There are set milestones that you need to reach in order to qualify for the rewards. The more you complete, the more Recruit Tickets you get. These require a little more work, but they are definitely worth it if you want to build the best team in the game.

2. Check On Your Players

Just because they are virtual players does not mean they don’t have feelings. When you check the information page of your player, you will notice a happy face icon. This indicates that he is in good shape and will most likely perform well during matches. As you continue to push the player, he will eventually get fatigued. When that happy face turns into a frowning icon, your player will start performing poorly.

Continuously sending out a player who is in no condition to play will result in a great reduction in his stats. That means you will most likely lose if you let your players compete while they are fatigued. Make sure you rotate your players to keep them from getting too tired. You can also use a Condition Drink to turn those frowns upside down in an instant.

3. Breeze Through Games With Stamina

Playing is fun, but you need to play a lot of games in order to gain rewards and experience. You may enjoy playing manually, but you won’t have the time to play a hundred games per day. To quickly earn experience and rewards, you can use your stamina. Just tap on the Quick Result button on the left side of the Play Ball button. Doing so will give you instant results and it will cost you just two stamina points. You still get the same amount of experience and rewards without having to work for it. This is a good way to level up quickly. Make it a habit to use up all your stamina on Quick Result games before playing normally. Normal games do not consume stamina, so you can play as much as you want once your stamina has been used up.

4. Practice Your Power Hit

As the name suggests, a power hit is when you take a hard swing at the ball, sending it farther than a normal swing would. While that sounds like a great idea, it is actually easier said than done. Power hits greatly decreases the size of a ball’s bounding box. That means it will be a lot harder to hit. Once you do hit the ball, however, you will really send it flying across the field. Practice landing power hits in order to increase your chances of winning games. It may be tricky at first, but once you master it, you will be able to do it consistently.

5. Use Contact Hits First

Even though the power hit sounds like a great idea, you should think of it as a secret weapon. An alternate type of hit you can use is the contact hit. Use it while you wait for the pitcher to get tired. Once the pitcher’s energy falls below the green mark, you can quickly switch to the power hit that you have been practicing. It will be easier to land a power hit when the pitcher is too tired to switch up his style. He will eventually send a good pitch your way. Don’t forget that you can also use bunts to deal with pitchers who are stingy with pitching good balls.

6. Keep Them Guessing

Pitchers tend to have a tougher time than batters. It is not just about throwing the ball as hard as you can. You will need to be strategic if you want to successfully keep the enemy team from scoring. The best way to do it is to keep them guessing. Make sure your opponent has a hard time reading your pitches by switching things up often. Change the power of your pitch often to give the enemy batter a hard time. You can also control the direction of your pitch, so avoid throwing in the same area repeatedly.

7. Upgrade Your Players

One of the reasons you would want to recruit players is the upgrade system. You can only upgrade recruited players. That means your default players do not get any love. This is why you should recruit players to fill in every slot on your team as soon as possible. Once you have good players in your roster, you can level them up by using sports drinks. When they hit their maximum level, you can spend coins in order to upgrade their rarity. There are four rarity options in the game: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Your goal is to get a full roster of Platinum players, so start upgrading!

Aside from coins, you will also need upgrade cards for upgrading. Upgrading a player to silver requires a silver card. Upgrading to gold requires a gold card. As you could probably guess, upgrading to platinum requires a platinum card. You can purchase these from the shop, but you can also earn them through Achievements.

8. Climb The Leagues

There are four leagues in Baseball Nine: Rookie, Pro, Master, and Champion. Your start in the Rookie league and will make your way up as you win more games. You should try to reach the Champion league as soon as you can. The higher your league, the better the prizes you will receive. Of course, keep in mind that higher leagues also mean tougher opponents. Do not let your guard down and continuously work towards strengthening your team even if you have a winning streak.

9. Try Auto-Play

Baseball Nine has an auto-play feature that lets your team play without input from you. This is a convenient way to keep playing even if you are busy. Keep in mind, however, that it will not guarantee a win. You still need to pay attention to your players to ensure they don’t make any bad plays. If your team accidentally make a bad play while in auto, you can just return to the stage and finish it yourself.
