Snoopy Pop is an exciting bubble-popping shooter from Jam City, that’s now available for Android and iOS devices. In this game, you get to play as Snoopy as he attempts to free his sidekick, Woodstock, who is trapped inside colored bubbles. You will have to launch colored bubbles at the board in order to clear it. Once cleared, your friend is free and the day is saved! Of course, the levels will get more complicated the further you progress in the game. It’s a good thing you can rely on our Snoopy Pop tips and tricks to help you rescue your feathered friend!
1. Use Powers Wisely
The kids have different powers that can help you pop bubbles easily. Instead of just randomly using these powers, maximize their use by looking for ways to drop more bubbles. Check out your board and see if there are clusters of bubbles that are only being held up by one or two bubbles. Target those weak spots and watch as masses get cleared from your board.
2. Observe the Initial Scroll
Before you start a level, the bubbles that will appear on the board will quickly scroll through the screen. Try to observe and remember as much of it as you can. This will help you plan your moves as you are playing the game. For example, if you know that a big cluster of the same colors is coming up soon, you can take care not to pile on too many random colors in that area that would possibly block your move.
3. Use Lucy’s Power
Speaking of being able to see ahead, there is one special power in the game that can help you see more. Lucy’s power is her jump rope. Throw it as far up as you can. It can even reach up past the top of the screen. Utilize this skill to gather as much information as you can about the board. Knowing is half the battle so make sure you learn what you can by using these tricks.
4. Switch Colors When Needed
Snoopy Pop gives you the option to switch your current bubble with one backup bubble. While it may not seem like a lot, this helps keep you from having to throw away bubbles. Switch to the backup bubble if you feel you will be able to use the current one later on. Again, what you know about lies ahead will help a lot in making a decision on switching balls.
5. Bounce for Trick Shots
There will be times when the straight path just won’t cut it. If you are having trouble landing your shot because it is blocked by another bubble, you can try the bounce shot instead. Just aim your bubble at the left or right side of the screen and it will bounce off towards the opposite angle. It takes a bit of practice but once you get used to estimating the angle of the bounce, it will be a lifesaver.
