Kingpin Bowling Cheats, Tips & Tricks to Get a High Score

It’s time to get the ball rolling in Tasty Pop’s new mobile game Kingpin Bowling! This endless arcade game puts you in control of a bowling ball that is barreling down an infinite lane. Your goal, naturally, is to mow down any pins you come across. The further you progress, the higher your score will be. The game features one-touch controls, so you can easily pick it up and start playing.

Keep rolling until you unlock new ball skins like the El Diablo, El Scorcho, and El Sofia. Just make sure you watch out for giant hotdogs, soda pops, clipboards, pencils, popcorn, and other obstacles that can take you out. Each run has randomly generated lanes, so you will never know what will come up next. You will need the help of our Kingpin Bowling cheats, tips and tricks if you want to reach the top of the leaderboards!

1. Know Your Pins

There are different types of pins that will appear on the lanes, each with its own point value. Red pins are the basic ones and are worth one point each. Blue pins, on the other hand, give you two points apiece. The best pins you would want to see in the lanes, however, are the ones with red, white, and gold stripes. These are worth four points plus five coins each. If you are lucky, you will get the Strike bonus that can appear at any point of your run. When that happens, you will be transported to a rainbow lane that is filled with nothing but coins and 4-point pins.

2. Activate the Strike Bonus

While there is no indicator on how close you are to activating the Strike bonus, all you have to do is keep track of the pins you take down. If you take out 10 pins in rapid succession, the Strike bonus will be activated. It is pretty hard to tell when you have triggered the 10-pin combo since you only get audio cues that can easily be drowned out in the game. The only thing you can do is to keep trying to knock down pins as quickly as you can. It is more challenging to do this, but the rewards are definitely worth it.

3. Try Kids Mode

It can feel a lot like cheating, but if you switch to Kids Mode, the game will slow down by a lot, making it easier for you to dodge obstacles. Aside from that, you also encounter less obstacles in this mode. You will also randomly encounter rows of coins to pick up. The only problem in this mode is that you also see less pins. Couple that to the slower pace of the game, it will take you a very long time to reach high scores. If you have a lot of patience, you can try it out. It is also a great way to rack up some coins.

4. nDouble Your Coins, Here’s How

When you go into the main menu, you will see a button that allows you to watch a short video advertisement. Watching an ad will double the coins you earn for three hours. Take advantage of this offer by ensuring you have the bonus active at all times. All you have to do is watch an ad every three hours to enjoy double coin earnings all the time. Do this before grinding in Kids Mode and you will have a lot of coins in no time.

5. Try Not to Die

There is more than one way for your run to end. The first one is if you hit any obstacle in the game. As a rule, if it is not a pin or a coin, steer clear of it. The second way is if you fail to pick up three pins. That means you have to make it a point to pick up every single pin you encounter. You will see how many pins you have missed under your score. There are three pin icons there, and one of them goes dark every time you miss a pin. There is no way to recover missed pins, so it is important that you are vigilant at all times.

6. Anticipate The Obstacles

As you progress in your run, you should expect things to get more complicated. Obstacles will not just sit around, waiting for you to pass. You will also start encountering obstacles that are placed closer together. Watch out for pencils because they can be tricky to dodge. You will also eventually encounter moving obstacles such as the rolling donut. Don’t bother trying to fit the bowling ball into the donut hole because you will still die no matter how many times you try. One of the worst obstacles in the game, however, are the extend-a-hands because they will suddenly pop out from the side when you approach. If you are not paying attention, it will easily knock you out.

7. Unlock More Balls

Once you have collected a lot of coins, you are probably itching to go on a shopping spree. If you are wondering what you can spend the coins on, the answer is ball skins. You can unlock a variety of skins for your bowling ball. While these do not have any impact on gameplay, you can think of them as some sort of trophies for your progress in the game.

To unlock a new skin for your bowling ball, you will need 500 coins. You can then head into the shop to unlock a random skin. There is no way to choose the skin you want, so you might have to try a few times before you can get the one you want. Since you don’t really have anything else to spend your coins on, you might as well collect all the skins. The good news is, the skins do not repeat. That means you will eventually be able to complete your collection if you work hard enough.

Knocking down pins while dodging obstacles is easier said than done. Make sure you remember everything you learned from the Kingpin Bowling cheats, tips and tricks above to easily earn more points!
