1. How To Gain More Ground On Your Opponent
The trick here is to tap as quickly as possible. However, you should also make your taps rhythmic – in fact, keeping things rhythmic may be more important once you’ve gained enough ground, as you can only be so far away from your opponent. Also remember that your opponent will never disappear by going off the bottom of the screen; tapping too fast means your opponent will simply jump fast enough to stay at the bottom.
2. How To Earn More Gems
Gems are the game’s main currency, and you can collect gems simply by tapping. And once you’ve got enough gems, you would be able to buy new characters. But before we get to that, let’s talk about what happens after random levels – you’ll be able to watch an ad video. Complete that video and you’ll earn 25 gems, easy as that. Generally speaking, the videos appear more often when you score higher, as opposed to those times when you’ve had a poor run. That makes it imperative to score as high as possible.
3. Be On The Lookout For The Moving Tiles
One of the trickiest obstacles in Versus Run is the one we mentioned above – the moving tiles. Timing is very important, and so is practice – it may take a few tries before you’re able to perfect your timing when dealing with the moving surfaces. And you’ll also be seeing these moving tiles appearing more often as your score gets higher and you go farther in the mazes. They’ll also be tougher to handle, so be prepared for that when it happens!

Ketchapp is catching up on election fever, and it’s celebrating that by offering two pairs of characters for free. By following the game on Twitter, you can unlock Putin vs Obama. And if you like the game on Facebook, you can unlock Trump vs Clinton. It’s as simple as that if you want to unlock these politically-themed characters.
5. Lightning Bolts Mean More Points
If you see a red lightning bolt and you’re gunning for more points, then go chase it and collect it. That’s going to give you an easy 25 points, and you won’t have to do anything else in the game. But avoid the red lightning bolt if you’re going for more gems to unlock more characters (who all play the same, incidentally) – the lightning bolt often diverts you from the gems, so you’ll have to choose which is more important, the lightning or the gems.
