Reload: The Z Team Cheats, Tips & Hints to Survive Longer

One of the most addicting type of games are the zombie apocalypse ones and Reload: The Z Team is an incredible masterpiece in this genre. Available on iOS devices, the game is set in a zombie apocalypse with a bit of lane defense and stable shooting. You’ll have characters defending left and right by shooting at hordes of zombies. This may sound easy but things can get frantic when more and more zombies come in. Make sure you check out our Reload: The Z Team ultimate strategy guide before you become a zombie chow!

1. Don’t Forget To Reload

The gameplay in Reload: The Z Team is pretty simple. You can tap on the zombies to shoot at them. Never forget to reload as this is very important. The reload button can be seen on the left side of the screen. Your primary job in the game is mostly reloading, hence the name. Never let your finger wander too far away from the reload button. Be quick on tapping those zombies and hitting the reload button as soon as you run out of ammo. Playing the game with two fingers at ready will make your game easier. When there are no zombies around reload as soon as you can. This is a rare chance of giving yourself some time to rest from the non-stop tapping.

2. Focus On Upgrades

Each level is divided by days. Each day, you will be given the task to annihilate a horde of zombies. You will obtain coins as you kill the zombies and these coins are essential to your growth. When you successfully finish a day, you will be given an option to continue. Before you hit that continue button, though, it is a good idea to upgrade first. Max out everything you can including characters and other stuff because the coins are not going to be carried over the next day.

3. Know Which Upgrades To Prioritize

As a general rule to a lot of games, upgrades are important in order to advance, but it takes a keen eye to know which one to upgrade first. Upgrading makes your characters stronger so try to focus on someone who you think will be very useful in the future run. Since you can’t carry over the coins you will have to take different things into consideration. If you can’t afford the upgrades for now it is better to upgrade someone else and upgrade them further when you have enough coins.

4. Collect More Survivors

As you play the Reload: The Z Team, you will be able to unlock even more characters than you already have. Each characters will have their own abilities and weapons they can use in the fight against the undead horde. You can use a number of characters in each wave so make sure to collect a whole bunch of them as much as you can. This way you will have a whole lot more options in forming your team. Upgrade anyone that is very helpful.

Surviving the apocalypse is never easy but with the help of our Reload: The Z Team ultimate strategy guide, things will be a breeze.

You are getting an "auto killing" ability so why do you think much about reload? and also you are getting auto+plus kill feature that kills for you without real like first ability.Next time don't put a review before play the game.Game gives u an ability auto shoot without reload.

Leaving a few tips here since i have not found a ton around the web...

My first suggestion - Play the game for a while with the intent that you are just "sampling" everything. So this is your time to upgrade tons of characters while you figure out who you like the best. Once you kind of target the team you want to play with, only spend your valuable points upgrading those people.

Also find synergy in your team. For example, for me, i focused on shotguns and explosives. So my team consists of 4 shotgun people, and 3 of my team have the exploding bullets perk (huge ability in the later rounds). My van focuses on shotguns (there are 2 shotgun perks for the van - nbr bullets and damage %) and explosive damage.

I'm not sure if it was just my leader choice, but i use Grandma, and i find that she has spurts where my gunshots don't "cost" bullets (basically, i can shoot 40 times without reloading on a gun that has 8 bullet clip). I don't know if it's a hidden ability on Grandma only (i haven't played many other chars, so maybe it works for others) or if it's a bug, but that hidden ability is HUGE for me!

Be selective about your van perks!! There are 10 of them (from memory), but every slot is valuable!! Be sure to get the overall prestige van perk as well as the boss prestige van perk. There is another where the leader does +X% damage (which is huge - the rest of your team does minimal damage next to a human clicking like crazy). SPEND YOUR GEMS ON YOUR VAN!! When you get a van upgrade that doesn't excite you, spend the 100 gems to remove it!! i know it sounds painful, but you don't want to get stuck with perks that aren't aligned to your overall team (e.g. for me, i deleted anything about a gun type that wasn't shotgun, i don't like the reload speed perk (there's better ones out there than that one)). OMG, i almost forgot one of the best ones too - it decreases the cooldown of your special abilities by x seconds when you do a critical hit! So instead of waiting 20 minutes for an ability to be ready, on my game, i can actually have the skill reset half way through the level (from a full cooldown counter!).

Finally, when you're doing prestige runs, include the wizard and football guy in your party. And in the beginning, be sure to invest as MUCH as you can into those 2 guys' prestige perk (2% sounds small, but after you upgrade a few times on both chars, it's a HUGE increase). Plus over time, you'll be playing for days just to save up for 1 upgrade (my biggest upgrade amount is 1.3 mill and my smallest is actually 200k).

Be sure to use (cough-abuse-cough) the auto feature! When you aren't using your phone, set your prestige team (which may be different than the team you use to stretch your highest level amount) out there and use Auto+ (which also moves you to the next level automatically - and spends your coins for you). It drives my gf crazy that i leave my game running so much unattended getting me "free" prestige... :D
