PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator Tips & Tricks: How to Get More Brains

We already touched on brains when we shared with you our first strategy guide for PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator. Brains, as we explained, are a form of pseudo-currency that you can use in the game, acting as a way for you to level up areas on the Knowledge Tree, and in turn helping your YouTube channel become more popular, maybe even more so than PDP’s own channel. But before we tell you more about brains, here’s a quick refresher on what the game is about, in case you’re just beginning to play the game, or have yet to play. The game comes from Outerminds and is the company’s second official PewDiePie game, following Legend of the Brofist. It’s a game that simulates the life and rise to viral stardom of a YouTuber, and it’s your goal to make those views and subscribers add up as you find your niche, complete more quests, vote for other players, and do other things in the game.

So where were we? Of course, we were first talking about brains, and we’re now here to zero in on the topics of earning more brains to help you move forward in this game. So read on, as we now present our latest PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator strategy guide, which discusses the ways you can get more brains for free.

1. Level Up Genres / Niches

The game will reward you with brains if you level up a specific niche in the game, e.g. comedy, nature, etc. And you can do this, as we had previously explained, by buying furniture relating to that niche or genre. Always check your profile to see which niches haven’t been leveled up as much as the others, and to see which ones are the cheapest to upgrade. Use that to make your decision and do the leveling up, so you can hopefully earn brains as a reward.

Pieces of furniture all play their part in adding to your XP, and when the XP bar is full, you level up in that specific genre. It’s better in the end if you get to level up your entire channel, as far as earning brains is concerned, but if you can’t gain a level for your whole channel, then leveling up genres will have to do for the meantime.

2. Redeem Those Daily Prizes And Try The Time Lapse Cheat

The game allows you to earn daily prizes each midnight, and there’s a chance those prizes will include brains. Just as we told you in our strategy guide for Bux, you can try the time lapse cheat while Outerminds hasn’t removed it. Change the time on your phone or tablet, or set the date ahead by one day. Return to the game, redeem your reward, and you’re good to go, unless you want to keep on time lapsing to earn more prizes for the subsequent days. This cheat also works with furniture items and leveling up, but as a word of warning, we suggest proceeding with caution when employing this strategy.

3. Complete Quests And Play The Mini-Games

The quests promise a chance for you to earn currency, and as we explained in the last guide, the currency would normally be Bux. You can sometimes earn brains as a prize, though you’re still more likely to get views and followers than Bux or brains. Likewise, the Puggle mini-game will give you one free brain each time you play, so that’s something you might want to check out as well.

4. Take Part In Events

As of this writing, PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator is still a fairly new game, so there aren’t too many events as of now. But you can expect more events to come with subsequent updates, as Outerminds sorts out the login problems and other kinks with the game. These events offer brains among the many prizes that are up for grabs, and as a bonus tip to our last strategy guide, you may even get to win Bux, the premium currency of the game.

So these would be our tips and tricks to get more brains in PewDiePie’s Tuber Simulator. If you happen to know more hints for the game, feel free to share them with us in the comment section!
