1. How To Use Facial Scan
This feature is one of the main things fans of the series are excited about. Imagine, seeing your face in the game, on the court, playing against the likeness of NBA superstars! Of course, with that said, you would want the scan to be perfect. In order to achieve the best results from the facial scan, make sure you use a good camera. This may mean having to use the rear camera of your phone so see if you can ask a friend to take the photo for you. Also, remove anything that may be picked up by the scan as part of your face such as glasses, facial hair, and the collar of your shirt or coat. You want a clean, high resolution photo for your face scan to be perfect.
2. Assign The Right Players To Each Position
While it may be fun to use each of your favorite players on your team, it may not be practical. You need to assign players who are good at the position you are giving them. Study your cards carefully and see which positions are best for each of them. If you assign a player to the right position will give them a boost in stats which, in turn, improves your chances of winning. A player with the right position also gets more energy in playoff matches.
3. Claim Free Card Packs
Collecting all the cards may be difficult but there is a way to make it a little easier. All you have to do is log into the game every day and claim your free card pack. Keep logging in every day in order to get better cards. If you log in for four consecutive days, you will be rewarded with a rare pack. Logging in for 20 consecutive days in a month will get you an elite pack that contains some of the best cards in the game. Keep in mind that your login streak will reset at the start of each month. Don’t worry if you miss out on a couple of log in rewards, though. You will be able to buy back the packs you missed on certain days but, of course, it would be better if you get everything for free. It only takes a few minutes so make sure you claim the daily pack even if you are busy. Don’t forget that you also earn free Virtual Currency daily which you can use to buy items like clothes and shoes in MyCareer.
4. Train Your Team
Even though it would be great if you can have players that have great stats to start with, you can always make them better through Training. You can sacrifice some of the weaker cards that you don’t use in order to level up your favorite players. Just go to Cards, then select MyCards to see all the cards that you have. Tap on the one you want to level up then tap on the Train button. You will then be able to choose the cards that you want to sacrifice for improving your selected card.
5. Reach Out To Fellow Players
The game has a useful chat room feature that allows players to interact. You can use this to find people with the same interests and share ideas or strategies with them. Check it out to see if you can find players to spar with. You can also post your questions and veteran players will be more than happy to give you tips on how they play the game. It is a cool way to communicate with other fans outside of the competitive matches.
6. Play More Quick Games
As mentioned before, Virtual Currency is needed to unlock different items in MyCareer. If you want to be able to customize your players, you would need a whole lot of Virtual Currency in your pocket. The easiest way to earn it is to play a lot of quick games. Keep winning games to rake in all that currency. Just don’t forget to connect the game to your Playstation Network or Xbox Live account so you can earn up to 500 VC each day from playing quick games.
7. Check Your Mission Tasks
Another option for you to get new players is to buy them with tickets at the Ticket Store. You can earn tickets by completing your mission tasks daily. Mission card packs are sold for as low as 25 tickets each and can be as expensive as 300 tickets. It would be best if you save your up for the 300-ticket packs, though. These packs may be more difficult to acquire but they have the best chances of giving you rare cards. Of course, if you already have all the players you want on your team, you can just farm mission packs for Training fodder.
