Lonewolf Tips, Tricks & Strategy Guide to Become a Professional Sniper

Lonewolf is a new mobile game by FDG, which is currently available for iOS devices. In terms of mechanics and genre, this is a first-person shooter that puts you in the role of a sniper. It’s described as an intense game with moral conflicts, with a “deep Neo-Noir story” that serves as the backdrop. The assassin you’re controlling has “secret” motives, and as you follow the story, you’ll get to understand who the assassin is, what had happened, and why you’re part of the criminal group known as the Assembly. Naturally, there’s a plethora of different weapons to collect, and not just sniper rifles.

When it comes to FPS games or sniper adventure games, as FDG calls its new title, the main thing you want to do is to become more accurate. You want to register more kills, and do so with just one shot. Having said that, our collection of Lonewolf tips and tricks can come in handy if you’re trying to be the best sniper possible in this game.

1. Take A Look Around You And Take Your Time

You might be thinking of getting things over and done with quickly, but in these games, haste makes waste. Yes, it’s good practice to fire off a shot without dilly-dallying, as someone might pull off a sneak attack on you, but in Lonewolf, it’s a better idea to take your time to make sure you’re aiming properly. Just don’t take too much time – as we just said, you don’t want to be fired at by enemies when you least expect it!

2. The Wind Might Throw Your Shot Off

Sometimes, you might have to take the wind into account when aiming your weapon. The wind’s speed and direction may throw you off by affecting your shot’s trajectory, so when planning things out, don’t ignore the wind.

3. Treat Each Mission Differently

Not all missions in Lonewolf are of the same, or even a similar nature. There’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all strategy for the game’s missions, and you won’t always have to kill somebody in particular. Depending on the level, take stock of what’s around you, and always ensure that you’re as safe as possible, despite the dangerous environment. You should also be prepared to take out multiple people in a specific order, as doing this in the wrong order might alert the enemy to your presence, as they kill you and end the mission for you.

4. Sometimes, You Might Have To Throw Strategy Out Of The Window

Get ready as well for shooting gallery-style missions – in here, there’s no time for patiently strategizing, it’s all about staying alive and shooting like crazy against the enemy. This doesn’t mean firing indiscriminately, but rather with a considerably greater sense of urgency than usual.

5. Buy Weapons And Add-Ons With Your Money

Lastly, we don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t go nuts with the money you earn for completing missions. As better weapons and add-ons arrive, you’ll want to check them out, so that you remain at par even as the missions are getting harder. For example, you can buy a new scope for your sniper, which could greatly increase the maximum distance and improve your accuracy too.
