According to the story of the game, the in-game world of Knighton is “under attack from the evil Jestro and his army of Lava Monsters.” You are on the side of good, and with digital wizard Merlok 2.0 in your corner, your goal is to form a team of NEXO Knights and “build a powerful collection of unique NEXO Powers.” With more powers collected, you naturally become more powerful, and draw closer and closer to saving Knighton from the forces of evil.
It can be a tall order to defeat Jestro and his forces, and managing a team of heroic knights isn’t an easy thing to do either. But with the following Lego NEXO Knights tips and tricks, you should have everything you need to make these things a bit easier on your end, and help you progress through the game a little faster.
1. Research For Nexo Powers On The Internet
Yes, you read that right – Internet research could be your best friend when gathering NEXO Powers. You can check information on Lego merchandise as you try to gather the shields that will allow your Knights to acquire more abilities. And while this is completely optional, buying Lego sets might actually help you in finding more of these NEXO Powers. We recommend this if you’ve got the money and are a Lego aficionado, but a simple Google search should help you out well enough.
2. Don’t Just Scan A Nexo Power Once
It sounds tiresome – why should you scan the NEXO Powers repeatedly? We do agree that this can be a seemingly tedious process, but your Knights will end up much better for it all. You could give them some much-needed ways to escape from a difficult situation and turn the tide of battle in your favor. Just keep scanning the same power repeatedly and your efforts will be rewarded, oftentimes with some five-star equipment.
3. Concentrate Your Efforts On Two Characters
There are many NEXO Knights for you to collect and add to your team, but you can’t use them all. As you’re only allowed to bring two Knights with you to battle, it’s best if you spend your in-game money toward making only two Knights better than the others. With two go-to guys on your team, that should keep you well-prepared for tougher battles.
4. Which Knight In Specific Should You Focus On?
The answer to this question may vary depending on your playing style, but some have mentioned the NEXO Knight Lance. Thanks to his excellent range, he could deal a lot of damage and last long against some of the game’s more difficult enemies.
5. Look For The Nodes With Question Marks
Exploring Knighton is much-recommended in this game, and you’ll want to visit new parts of the map the moment they’re unlocked. Chances are you’ll stumble upon a lot of nodes with question marks. You can earn different rewards by rolling over them; for example, watching a video after this could earn you some currency as a reward.
